Chuck Foster, host of Newscene.

Newscaster Chuck Foster is presenting his own five-minute news show -- Newscene -- on KPTV at 11:00pm featuring local news twice a week.

The show is highlighted by on-the-spot movies filmed by Chuck and his wife Betty.  In most cases, film shown on the program will have been taken the same day.

The program is a local "live" presentation of KPTV and is sponsored Tuesday and Thursdays by Portland Federal Savings.
